We are seeking P/T baristas, food prep (sandwiches, smoothies, and the like), bartenders, and bakers ($18-$22 per hour plus pooled tips & benefits). We prefer customer-service oriented friendly folks (preferably with food service experience) that are excited about our mission to serve tasty, healthy and organic food for all & enjoy working with people in a team-oriented setting.
Bartender Description: Serve our varied assortment of wine and beer to customers. Be knowledgeable about our selection & be able to suggest good pairings/make recommendations to customers. Will also need to help with routine cleaning and assist other staff on an as-needed basis.
Food-prep Description: Make smoothies, and prep sandwiches and other food, following all guidance regarding food management. Will also need to routinely clean food prep area and restock supplies from the kitchen.
Barista Description: Make espresso-based drinks as well as other coffee and tea based drinks. Routine cleaning of the equipment and restocking of supplies from kitchen. Assist other staff on an as-needed basis.
Baker Description: Prepare house-made treats and help with other duties in the kitchen on an as-needed basis, including cleaning equipment and prepping food for serving.
